Sponsor Registration Form

Welcome to the HDI sponsor registration process! First, your Ottawa HDI chapter executive committee would like to thank you for expressing an interest in sponsoring an HDI event. In doing so, your company will be given the opportunity to demonstrate it’s profile and offerings to a vast cross-section of Ottawa’s Help Desk and IT professionals.

There are a number of different scenarios where and event may be sponsored. Two examples of these are as follows:

1. Provide monies to cover the cost of hosting an HDI event.
2. Provide the location and / or refreshments for an HDI event. This option will also allow for a tour of your company’s facilities if you so desire.

When you sponsor an event that includes a guest speaker, a representative from your company will have the opportunity to speak to the HDI membership for 10-15 minutes. At this time, you can provide information on your company’s products and/or service offerings.

 When you sponsor an event where monies are given to cover costs for the event, your firm will be entitled to, 2 Free Passes and placement of your Company Banner or Sign somewhere where everyone can see it and there will be special recognition given to the sponsors.
