The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) administers tax laws for the Government of Canada and for most provinces and territories and various social and economic benefit and incentive programs delivered through the tax system.
HDI Ottawa Chapter is pleased to be able to offer the membership and their guests the opportunity to attend a site visit at Canada Revenue Agency’s Ontario Region Service Desk . This team is comprised of two sites that are located in Mississauga and here in Ottawa.
Join us to see how CRA has leveraged industry standards to improve the services they offer their clients and to position the Ontario IT support organization to be viewed as the ‘best in class’ in IT support. A site tour will be conducted at 9:45 followed by a question and answer session. Refreshments and snacks will be available. A follow-up email will be sent regarding parking.
