The Ottawa Chapter of the Help Desk
Institute (HDI) is a non-profit organization comprised of a group
of support professionals directly involved in the business of Help Desk and
Technical Support. Members work for private corporations, federal, provincial
and municipal government, staffing support organizations, consulting firms,
educational institutions and vendors - all with the common goal of empowering
the Help Desk to be a critical resource for its company.
